What are the materials made from?

As a brand, we want to release items that will and can be cherished for a long time but with a price-point available to more people. Most materials, otherwise stated, have been picked for its durability and ability to be worn daily without tarnishing. The materials we are proud to use:

• 18k gold plated accessories
• Natural freshwater pearls 

 

Are the packaging ecofriendly? 

The packaging of KD Jewellery products are enclosed in fully recyled boxes. Hoping to maintain sustainability as a brand and promoting timeless, wearable pieces.

 

What is the refund policy?

You are welcome to submit a refund as per policy, a 14-day gurantee of your purchase so long as the item is still within its original condition. 

Can I change my order? 

Any changes to the order after it is placed cannot be guranteed. However, please use the 'contact' page to request any changes and this can be organised if the order has not yet been shipped.
